Clever Stats wants to provide an enjoyable and user friendly experience for all its users. We also want to remain profitable so we can continue to provide this service. Therefore, please read these terms of use so that we can all work together.

Terms of use Your use of, and/or access to, www.CleverStats.com.au (also referred to as Clever Stats and cleverstats.com.au) constitutes your agreement to the Terms of Use. The term 'Clever Stats', 'www.cleverstats.com.au' and 'cleverstats.com.au' in this document refers to the Clever Stats web site AND Pretty Clever Consulting, the owners and operators of the Clever Stats web site. Clever Stats reserves the right to amend the Terms of Use at any time. Since you are bound by these Terms of Use, you should periodically refer to them in this document.
Intellectual property and copyright Even though score sheet information is entered in by customers, the statistics and other content produced by Clever Stats remains the property of Clever Stats and cannot be reproduced in any way without the express permission of Clever Stats in writing or email.
Syndication products Syndication products, such as embedded Iframes may be used on other sites but cannot be altered in any way other than that provided through the customised style sheet. From time to time advertising may be placed within these syndicated products. The advertising will not be overly obtrusive nor offensive in any way. Sponsor advertising for teams, centre's and competitions may also be shown in syndicated products and cannot be removed.
Refunds Refunds will not be given, however if you have any concerns surrounding your account we ask that you email our Customer Service Department and discuss your concerns with us as a number of resolutions may be available to you regarding your particular situation. Should there be a need to terminate you as a user for violating any of the Clever Stats Terms and Conditions, Clever Stats is not required to provide any refund of unused credits (i.e. payment in advance for team score sheet entry).
Use of Game Credits Game credits refer to purchases in advance that enable users of the site to enter score sheet information. Game credits must be used within 2 years of their purchase. After this time the credits are forfeited, no refunds are given, however, please contact us and we may be able to extend the life of the game credits.
Re-sellers Re-sellers of game credits do not represent Clever Stats or it's operators. Customers who purchase game credits and re-sell them to cricket teams must act in accordance with these terms and conditions and not mis-represent Clever Stats in any way.
Re-sellers will be required to sign a copy of the 're-sellers' terms and conditions.
Pricing All prices quoted on the site are quoted in Australian dollars and are inclusive of G.S.T.
Permitted Use The Site is only to be used for your own personal, non-commercial use, and may not be used for any other purpose unless otherwise specifically authorized, in writing by Clever Stats or its authorised operators It may not be copied, reproduced, published, saved or transmitted in any form in whole or part .
Content Please be aware that the content displayed on Clever Stats or syndicated to other web sites does not necessarily represent the view or opinions of Clever Stats. Any content deemed unsuitable will, at any time, and at the sole discretion of Clever Stats staff or their agents, be removed. It is an offence to use any information obtained from this Site in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person, or in order to contact, advertise to, solicit or sell to any User without their prior explicit consent.

Information on the Site is provided by the organisers or other interested parties of the indoor cricket games or activities and whilst considerable effort is made to validate the accuracy of the information, the owners of the Site are in no way liable for any loss or damage incurred as a result of using the Site. Clever Stats accepts no responsibility for the accuracy of information or material accessed through the site or it's syndicated partners. No liability is accepted to any person for loss or damages, including indirect or consequential, incurred as a result of reliance upon material found on the website. By logging on, you will be assuming all risks associated with use of the site, including risk to your computer, software or data being damaged by any virus which might be transmitted or activated via the Clever Stats site or your access to it.
